Open Caption Screenings at The Majestic
Originally created to support our deaf and hard-of-hearing audiences, our subtitled screenings are open to everyone. Whether you rely on captions or simply prefer them, you’re very welcome to attend.
When Do Subtitled Screenings Run?
Subtitled screenings are often held in Screen 4, which offers wheelchair access.
Availability of Subtitled Films
Our subtitled (open captioned) showtimes are listed on the website as soon as they’re confirmed. If you don’t see a subtitled film listed for a given date, it may simply mean we’re waiting for confirmation or the film may not have an open-captioned version available.
While we aim to include all major new releases, not all films in our programme have a subtitled format we can screen.
